The University Festival of Lessons and Carols

The Annual University Festival of Lessons and Carols will take place at the Church of St Mary the Virgin, High Pavement, Lace Market, Nottingham, NG1 1HR on Thursday 6th December 2018 at 7.30pm.

This ecumenical service consists of familiar congregational carols, the traditional Christmas scriptures read by students and members of university staff, and an excellent music programme. Performances by our two outstanding student choirs – the Viva Voce Chamber Choir and the University Revival Gospel Choir – are always a highlight, and this year we also feature our Lutheran Chaplain and classical soprano Reverend Paulina Hlawiczka.

The festival service will be followed by mulled wine, soft drinks and mince pies.

FREE Coaches will run from University Park for both staff and students. To join these coaches leaving at 6.30, please book on Eventbrite at
