Arh Catholic memes, anyway the beginning of term is approaching and lots of different things are happening to welcome new students and welcome back current students. This should not just be a task for the committee members but for every one of us within our community. So how can you help?

  1. Glasshouse Cafe– THURSDAY 6pm-10pm Glasshouse cafe is a welcome event for international welcome week (that’s this week) Cathsoc will be helping run it on Thursday. We need people to volunteer to give up some time to be at this event to welcome new students to the University. It will run between 6-10pm (including setting up and putting away times)
  2. Flyering-We will be giving out flyers at the Halls of Residence during freshers’ week, times and dates to be confirmed.
  3. Freshers’ Fair- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of Freshers’ Week we may need some people to volunteer on the stall.
  4. Walking Bus- On the first Sunday after fresher’s week we will be helping the new students find there way to Mass from Halls. As you can imagine we will need a few people to do this.
  5. Renew your Membership!- Very easily done. just follow this link
If you think you can help us out with any of these events please email catholic@nottingham.ac.uk. Thank you in advance Fr. Andrew, Joe and the Cathsoc Committee
